Online bookings

Use the calendar below to view my availability and book a dog grooming appointment that is convenient for you online or by contacting me. I occasionally get cancellations, so if you're after a particular day and time, let me know and I can notify you if it becomes available. 

If you're new to Dog Spa Harrow I'd recommend that you book a free Meet and Treat appointment first. This will provide an opportunity for you and your pet to meet me and explore the salon. We can also discuss the services required and their cost. To book a free Meet and Treat appointment please contact me rather than use the calendar. 

If you book your dog grooming appointment online, I'll review your booking, and let you know the approximate cost and duration of the appointment, as this varies depending on the service required, the breed and size of your pet, the length of time between grooms etc. I might also need to ask you some questions about your pet and your requirements. 

If you're a new customer, you'll need to register with Dog-Spa Harrow by completing a registration form available here. You'll also need to pay a £20 booking deposit per dog to secure the appointment. This will be done via an online link sent to you upon booking. 

This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your pet's grooming service. If you don't attend your booked appointment or fail to give at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, you'll not get your deposit back. You will also be liable for 50% of the fee applicable to the booked service, as per my policies available here.
