Bath and Blow Dry

Designed to help you keep your pet clean and fresh. You can also use them to help you keep on top of brushing your pet's fur, preventing knots and matting. 

• Warm bath with a shampoo and conditioner designed for the coat and skin type of your pet

• Brush out 

Please note that this service is not suitable for dogs that are matted. This is because mats trap moisture and are very difficult to dry. The mats would need to be removed before bathing the pet. 

Mini Groom

Great for a little tidy-up between full grooms or can be used as an introduction to grooming for your pet over 8 months old.

• Brush out and de-shedding (where applicable)

• Face, feet, paw pads and sanitary trim

• Free nail trim with cutters and/or grinder

• Advice on home training to desensitise to grooming tools and processes (where applicable)

Full Groom

Provide a full-body grooming service for your pet. For best results, your pet should be on a regular grooming schedule (as advised by the groomer), which will help your pet to feel calmer as well as to maintain their health and well-being and achieve your desired style. Please note, that if you don't follow the recommended schedule, additional charges might apply if your pet's fur becomes very long, tangled or matted.

• Whole body styling to your requirements

Puppy Intro (between 3 and 6 months)

Gradually and calmly introduce your puppy to being groomed in a salon to get them to the best start possible. Sessions should be booked monthly until your puppy feels comfortable with being handled and the different noises and sensations, transitioning to full grooms.

• Blow dry transitioning from slow to high velocity 

• Brush out and de-shedding (where applicable)

• Introduction to the sounds and sensations of scissors and clippers (where applicable)

• Free nail trim with cutters and/or grinder 

• Advice on home grooming routine, tools and techniques

• Advice on home training to desensitise to grooming tools and processes

Facial Massage 

A luxurious addition to any grooming service, offering a gentle pampering experience. This specialised treatment uses pet-safe, tear-free products designed to gently remove dirt and odours, soothe any irritation, and hydrate and brighten the fur. Light, calming massage techniques are used around your pet's cheeks, muzzle, and forehead to help relax your furry friend but also stimulate circulation for healthier skin and a shinier coat. Ideal for dogs of all breeds. This is an add-on service.

Nose and Paw Balm Massage 

Massaging a dog’s nose and paw pads with pet-safe balm during a grooming session provides both relaxation and wellness benefits. Gentle circular motions on the nose can stimulate circulation, ease tension, and promote sinus comfort.  Massaging the paw pads softens and nourishes rough skin and improves flexibility. This is an add-on service. 

Therapeutic Mud Treatment

Rejuvenating and holistic addition to dog grooming services, designed to nourish the skin, promote relaxation, and enhance coat health. Using mineral-rich, pet-safe mud, this treatment deeply cleanses the skin, removes impurities, and soothes irritations such as dryness or itchiness. The mud’s natural minerals help to restore moisture balance, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation, leaving the coat soft, shiny, and revitalized. Perfect for dogs with sensitive skin or allergies, therapeutic mud treatments also provide a calming experience that can reduce stress, making it a pampering and health-boosting treat for your furry friend. This is an add-on service. 

Nail Trim and File

A vital part of dog grooming that ensures your pet’s paws stay healthy and comfortable. Regular nail trimming prevents overgrowth, which can lead to pain, difficulty walking, or joint issues. Filing smooths out sharp edges after trimming, reducing the risk of nails splitting or scratching surfaces. This service is performed with care to ensure your dog feels at ease, and it’s especially beneficial for maintaining proper posture and paw health. This is included free of charge with mini and full grooms.

Teeth Brushing

Promotes oral health and prevents dental issues. Regular brushing helps remove plaque and tartar buildup, reducing the risk of bad breath, gum disease, and tooth decay. Using pet-safe toothpaste and a gentle technique, this service ensures your pet’s teeth and gums are cared for without causing stress. Healthy teeth are vital for your dog’s overall well-being, as oral health directly impacts their ability to eat comfortably and can influence their systemic health. This is an add-on service. 

Desensitising Dogs to Grooming 

Suitable for dogs over 6 months old who need support to get used to being groomed in a salon. This could be because they have had a negative experience before,  are anxious, or just really don't like being groomed.  I will meet you and your pet, discuss the situation with you and create a plan for helping your dog become more confident at and accepting of being groomed. This plan will include regular visits and activities in the grooming salon as well as activities you will need to complete at home.
